Delivery Method :

By Courier Service / EconomiQ Standard / e-Express Air Service / Hong Kong Local delivery service.

Recipient may have to pay customs duties/Taxes before receiving the package. - If the recipient refuses to pay, the package may be returned or destroyed without any refund.


Customs Duties/Taxes :

Customers are responsible for the declaration of duties and imported tax of your countries for the mail packets, please be aware that all customs and imported duties are payable by customers or recipients upon arrival of goods, customers are reminded to check with your local customs office for detail if necessary.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to merchandise held by customs officials. 

We are not responsible for any lost or damage caused by war, act of god or strike.

We are selling all original legal copyrighted products in Hong Kong, we are not responsible for any products while import to overseas held, confiscated or destroyed by customs officials due to their violates import regulation or trademark regulation.

We do not keep customers' credit card details, all the information will be encrypted 128 bits by SSL protocol until finish order placement, after payment process, we both will have an email order confirmation immediately, once order submitted successfully, customers are recommended return to their account for checking their order showing in their account or not, because internet bandwidth speed sometimes lose information.
