Synopsis :

But the mastermind remains unknown, until the resurface of a formerpolice chief who unveils an unprecedented scheme to corrupt the police force.Things get more complicated when senior counsel Oswald Kan (Chow Yun Fat) leadsan impeachment proceeding against Sean.
